Lizard (also known as “Mountain Dragon’s Child,” fried in ghee) 2 qian, sea clam 1 qian, Aconite (roasted until cracked, with skin and navel removed) half a qian.

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, form into pills using wheat flour paste, and divide into two pills.

Instructions for Use

Take 2 stalks of scallion white, split them down the center, place the medicine inside, tie them with a silk strip to the soles of both feet, soak in warm water, and cover with clothing and blankets. In spring and summer, soak up to the ankles; in autumn and winter, soak up to the knees. A natural sweat will break out.
