Formulas Name : Musk and Sanling Pills

Chinese Name : 麝香三棱丸

Drug Formulation

2 liang of Jing Sanleng (roasted and sliced), 1 liang of ginseng (root tip removed), 1 liang of white atractylodes, half a liang of cloves, half a liang of aged tangerine peel (white pith removed), half a liang of pinellia (washed 7 times in boiling water to remove slipperiness), half a liang of shenqu (roasted until yellow), half a liang of agarwood, and half a qian of musk (ground separately).

Processing

Grind all ingredients except musk into a fine powder; then add the musk and grind together until uniform. Form into pills the size of mung beans using boiled wheat starch paste.

Instructions for Use

Take 30 pills after meals, washed down with warm ginger soup.
