Drug Formulation
Anemarrhena rhizome 2 liang (remove hair and skin, grind into powder; soak 1 liang in breast milk, soak 1 liang in rice wine and salt, then sun-dry), Asparagus root (core removed) 2 liang, Ophiopogon tuber (core removed) 2 liang, Phellodendron bark 2 liang (remove coarse bark, grind into powder; soak 1 liang in breast milk, soak 1 liang in rice wine and salt, then sun-dry and stir-fry until reddish-brown), Prepared Rehmannia root (pounded into a paste with rice wine, then mixed with the other herbs) 2 liang,Mulberry Fruit 2 liang, Dodder Seed (simmered in wine, sun-dried) 2 liang, Raw Rehmannia Root (washed with rice wine, then pounded together with Prepared Rehmannia Root) 2 liang, Polygonum Multiflorum (both black and white varieties may be used; boiled twice with black beans, peeled, and sun-dried) 2 liang, Dried Chinese Yam 1 liang, Achyranthes Root (stem removed) 2 liang,Polygonatum 2 liang (the genuine variety grows in clusters; steam until tender with wine, then pound together with prepared Rehmannia), Schisandra chinensis 5 qian, Poria cocos (peeled, red threads removed) 1 liang,Goji berries 1 liang 5 qian, Cypress seed kernels (soaked in water for 1 day; ground into a paste with the shells using water; filtered through a silk bag to remove the shells; skim off all surface oil; drain the water; retain the sediment at the bottom; sun-dried) 1 liang.

Instructions for Use
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a paulownia seed. Take 70–80 pills each time, washed down with lightly salted water in the morning; continue for 100 days.
