1 qian of musk, 1 liang of gambir, 2 liang of gallnut, 5 qian of red adzuki beans, 5 qian of Pinellia ternata, and 2 liang of Bletilla striata (half-roasted, half-raw).

Grind the ingredients into a powder; mix with a paste made from raw Bai Ji powder, steam until firm, and dry in the shade.
