2 liang of Prepared Rehmannia Root, 1 liang 5 qian of Chicken Blood Vine, 1 liang 5 qian of Bone-mending Herb, 1 liang of Cistanche, 1 liang of Deer’s-horn Grass, 1 liang of Epimedium, and 5 qian of Radish Seeds.

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills, each weighing 3 qian.
