2 liang of Atractylodes macrocephala, 2 liang of Phaselus sativus (roasted),Areca nut 2 liang, Angelica dahurica 2 liang, Magnolia officinalis (processed) 2 liang, Pinellia ternata 5 liang (washed), Tangerine peel 4 liang (white pith removed), Dried ginger 1.5 liang, Ginseng 1 liang, Wood fragrant 1 liang, Green tangerine peel 1 liang, Red Poria 3 liang, Fructus Aurantii (fried with wheat bran, pith removed) 3 liang.

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with wheat flour paste to form pills the size of a paulownia seed.
