Chinese Name : 茯苓粥
Drug Formulation
Half a liang of white Poria (black skin removed, ground into powder), 2 he of japonica rice.

Processing
Prepare the porridge by washing the rice thoroughly and boiling it; once the rice is cooked, stir in the Poria powder.
