Chinese Name : 雄黄圣饼子
Drug Formulation
5 qian of realgar, 100 croton seeds (with oil and inner membranes removed), 10 liang of wheat flour (sifted).

Processing
Set aside the wheat flour for making pills; grind the remaining ingredients into a fine powder. Mix the powder evenly with the flour, then use freshly drawn water to form cakes the size of a hand. Boil them in water until they float to the surface. Strain them out, drain, and immediately check their consistency; if firm, pound into a paste and form into pills the size of a Paulownia seed, then press them into cakes.

Instructions for Use
Take 5–7 cakes per dose, gradually increasing to 10 or 15 cakes. Chewing one cake induces one bowel movement; two cakes induce another. May be taken with tea or wine before meals.
