Ginseng Essence-Nourishing Pills,For deficiency-related lung and kidney yin deficiency, characterized by coughing with bloody sputum, night sweats and spontaneous sweating, deficiency heat with dry thirst, and scanty, red urine; for those with regurgitation, depleted body fluids, and a dry stomach; and for lung deficiency with deficiency heat, depletion of true yin, coughing with blood loss, spontaneous and night sweats, and fluid accumulation manifesting as phlegm.

Chinese Name : 人参固本丸

Drug Formulation

Raw Rehmannia (washed) 1 liang, Prepared Rehmannia (washed, then steamed) 1 liang, Asparagus Root (peeled) 1 liang, Ophiopogon Tuber (core removed) 1 liang, Ginseng half a liang.

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey, and form into pills the size of a paulownia seed.

Benefits

For deficiency-related lung and kidney yin deficiency, characterized by coughing with bloody sputum, night sweats and spontaneous sweating, deficiency heat with dry thirst, and scanty, red urine; for those with regurgitation, depleted body fluids, and a dry stomach; and for lung deficiency with deficiency heat, depletion of true yin, coughing with blood loss, spontaneous and night sweats, and fluid accumulation manifesting as phlegm.

Instructions for Use

Take 30 pills per dose, washed down with warm wine or salted water on an empty stomach.

Note

Those suffering from cold-induced disorders should not take this formula.
