Rising and Falling Toxin-Eliminating Pills,Indicated for epidemic rashes, seasonal toxins affecting the jaw, rising toxic heat, mouth sores and toothache, swollen throat, redness and ulceration of the eyelids, corneal opacities, venereal diseases, abdominal distension and pain, urinary discharge in men, leukorrhea in women, fetal toxin in infants, and obstruction of urination and defecation.

Drug Formulation

Wild Rheum 8 liang, Curcuma 4 liang, Cicada Shedding 4 liang, Stiff Silkworm 4 liang.

Processing

Grind the ingredients into an extremely fine powder; mix with refined honey to form pills weighing 2 qian each.

Benefits

Indicated for epidemic rashes, seasonal toxins affecting the jaw, rising toxic heat, mouth sores and toothache, swollen throat, redness and ulceration of the eyelids, corneal opacities, venereal diseases, abdominal distension and pain, urinary discharge in men, leukorrhea in women, fetal toxin in infants, and obstruction of urination and defecation.

Instructions for Use

Take 1 pill per dose, mixed with 2 zhong of rice wine and 1 spoonful of honey, and consume while cold. For severe cases, repeat the dose in the same manner after 3 hours.

Note

Avoid heat-inducing foods. Contraindicated for pregnant women.
