6 liang of Asparagus Root, 4 liang of Ophiopogon Tuber, 1 liang of Prepared Rehmannia Root, 8 liang of Angelica Root, 6 liang of Atractylodes Rhizome, 1 liang of Ginseng, 4 liang of Scutellaria Root, 4 liang of Eucommia Bark.

Simmer the ingredients until thickened, then add 1 zhan each of human, cow, and sheep’s milk, along with 8 liang of white honey. Mix thoroughly and simmer again until the mixture forms beads when a drop is held up—this indicates the proper consistency. Take with warm water.
