4 liang of Atractylodes macrocephala, 4 liang of Codonopsis pilosula, 2 liang of Poria cocos, 4 liang of Magnolia officinalis, 2 liang of Winterflower, 2 liang of Glycyrrhiza uralensis, 1 liang of Fritillaria cirrhosa, 2 liang of Tangerine peel, 8 liang of Lily bulb, 2 liang of Apricot kernel, 2 liang of Pinellia ternata, 2 liang of Areca nut, 3 liang of Scutellaria baicalensis, 2 liang of Schisandra chinensis (all ground into a fine powder), 2 liang of Asparagus cochinchinensis,Asparagus Root 2 liang, Ephedra 2 liang, Aster 2 liang, Rice Husk 2 liang, Anemarrhena 3 liang, Mulberry Bark 3 liang.

Processing

Boil the seven ingredients, including Cundong, to extract the juice; mix it into the ground mixture of the preceding herbs; dry in the sun; grind into a fine powder; form into small pills using water; and coat with talc.
