Drug Formulation

1 chi of mulberry twigs, 1 chi of locust twigs, 1 chi of elm twigs, 1 chi of willow twigs, 1 chi of peach twigs, and 1 chi of goji twigs (each as thick as a little finger, cut into 1-cun lengths, and split into four pieces).

Processing

Fry the branches in 4 liang of oil until charred black; strain out the residue; add half a liang of lead丹 and 1 liang of wax; boil again until black; pour into a porcelain box and let cool; then soak in freshly drawn well water to remove the heat toxicity.
