Drug Formulation

2 dasheng of soybeans, 1 handful of white mulberry root bark (sliced), 2–7 areca nuts (split), and 2 liang of Poria cocos (sliced).

Instructions for Use

First, add 1 dou of water to the soybeans and boil down to 5 sheng; remove the beans. Then, soak the remaining three ingredients in the soybean decoction overnight; boil down to 2 sheng, strain out the residue, add 2 he of wine to the mixture, and take as needed.

Note

Avoid vinegar-based foods.
