Chinese Name : 雀儿药粥
Drug Formulation
10 sparrows (skinned, plucked, and chopped), 1 liang of dodder seeds (soaked in wine for 3 days, sun-dried, and ground separately into a powder), 1 he of Schisandra berries, 1 liang of Schisandra berries, 1 liang of goji berries, 2 he of glutinous rice, and 2 he of wine.

Instructions for Use
First, stir-fry the sparrow meat in wine, then add 3 large bowls of water. Next, add the rice and cook into porridge. Just before it is done, add 5 qian of the herbal powder, stir well, and season with the five spices to blend evenly. Cook until fully done and consume on an empty stomach.
Note
Contraindicated for patients with fever and those with hyperactive sexual function.
