Drug Formulation
Astragalus 1 liang (chopped), Dendrobium 1 liang (roots removed), Schisandra 3 fen,Cinnamon Bark 1 liang and a half (coarsely chopped, outer bark removed), Aconite Root 1 liang (roasted until cracked, skin and pith removed), Cistanche 1 liang (soaked in wine, pith and skin removed), Terminalia chebula 2 liang (roasted, using the peel), Amomum villosum 1 liang (skin removed), Atractylodes macrocephala 1 liang, Angelica sinensis 3 fen (coarsely chopped, lightly roasted),1 liang of ginseng (with the root crown removed), 3 fen of white cardamom (peeled), half a liang of cloves, 3 fen of agarwood, 3 fen of Galanga (chopped), 1.5 liang of Magnolia bark (with the coarse bark removed, coated with ginger juice and roasted until fragrant and cooked through), half a liang of Evodia fruit (soaked in boiling water 7 times, then stir-fried), and 3 fen of Trifoliate orange fruit (stir-fried with wheat bran until slightly yellow).

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; mix with boiled jujube pulp to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.
