Drug Formulation

Licorice (roasted) 1 qian, Agastache 1 liang, White Cardamom 1 liang, Ginseng 1 liang, Wood Fragrance half a liang, Dried Ginger (roasted) half a liang, Magnolia Bark (ginger-roasted) half a liang, Cloves half a liang.

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder.

Benefits

For disharmony of the Triple Burner, with cold stagnating above the diaphragm; undigested breast milk; fullness and distension in the chest and diaphragm; in severe cases, shortness of breath, vomiting, and diarrhea; and sagging, sallow complexion; or for cholera.

Instructions for Use

Take 1 qian per dose; add 1 small cup of water and 2 slices of fresh ginger; decoct until reduced to 6 fen; take while warm.
