Dried ginger: half liang; Magnolia bark: half liang; Licorice: half liang; Frankincense: half liang; Green tangerine peel: half liang; Cardamom: half liang; Bitter orange fruit: 1 liang; Areca nut: 1 liang; Amomum: 1 liang; Curcuma zedoaria: 1 liang; Dried tangerine peel: 1 liang; Curcuma zedoaria (Pong’e): 1 liang; Cinnamon: 1 liang.

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder.

Instructions for Use
Add a pinch of salt, 3 slices of fresh ginger, 1 jujube, 1 zhan of water, and 2 qian of the herbal mixture. Decoct together until reduced to 7 fen, strain, and take warm after meals.
