Drug Formulation
1 qian of ground Xinshi, 1 qian of ground dried alum, 1 liang of light fermented black soybeans, 5 liang of Belamcanda, and 4 fen of musk.

Processing
First, steam the fermented soybeans until soft, then pound them together with the powdered herbs to form pills the size of mung beans.

For cold phlegm-induced asthma that flares up during rain, making it impossible to sit or lie down and preventing food intake; also treats mania caused by cold phlegm.
Instructions for Use
Take 7 pills per dose, washed down with cold tea. For children, administer 1–2 pills as appropriate, until the wheezing subsides.
Note
Avoid hot foods for 1 hour after taking the medicine to prevent nausea and vomiting.
