Drug Formulation
Cotton ash, yellow silk ash, mugwort ash, horsetail ash, lotus root node ash, lotus seed pod ash, oil-treated hair ash, red pine bark ash, palm ash, and cattail pollen ash—each in equal parts.

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; use glutinous rice paste boiled in vinegar to form pills the size of a paulownia seed.

Take 70 pills per dose, increasing to 100 pills, and swallow with rice water on an empty stomach.
