Drug Formulation
700 seeds of croton (select white kernels, remove oil until powdery), 13 liang 4 qian of mung beans (cleaned, ground into a fine powder), 20 liang of black-navel white cowpeas (sorted, ground into a powder), 8 liang of sifted wheat flour.

Processing
Mix the four ingredients evenly and form into pills the size of mung beans using clear water.

For the “Five Accumulations” and “Six Aggregations,” chest pain, abdominal pain, various types of distension and oppression in children, and blood stasis-induced fullness in women.
Instructions for Use
Dosage: 5 fen for adults, 3 fen for children. For the “Nine Types of Heart Pain,” take with mugwort-vinegar decoction; for the “Five Accumulations and Six Masses,” take with fresh ginger decoction; for pain in the navel and abdomen, take with salted water;for all types of distension and oppression in children, take with radish seed decoction; for postpartum ailments in women, take with a decoction of motherwort; for dry-blood consumptive syndrome, take with 1 qian of safflower decoction; for fatigue-related masses in children, take with cold water; for all other ailments, regardless of whether they are internal or external, deficient or excess, take with plain boiling water.
