Drug Formulation

7 fen of Tussilago flower, 6 fen of Cinnamon bark, 6 fen of Schisandra berry, 5 fen of Dried ginger, 5 fen of Ligusticum root, 5 fen of Licorice (roasted), 4 fen of Aconite root (processed), 4 fen of Platycodon root, 5 he of Perilla seed (roasted), 1 sheng of Sichuan pepper, 7 he of Stemona juice, 1 sheng of white honey, 50 dried jujubes (peeled), and 1 sheng of ginger juice.

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with ginger juice and honey, and simmer over low heat. Remove from heat and shape into pills the size of a Paulownia seed.

Indicated for deficiency-cold in the large intestine, accompanied by a weak, wheezing cough, shortness of breath, and pain in the lower abdomen.

Instructions for Use

Take 30 pills per dose, increasing to 40 pills, and swallow with warm wine, twice daily.

Note

Avoid seaweed, Chinese cabbage, pork, cold water, and raw green onions.
