Cold millet, any amount.

Processing
During the Three Dog Days of summer, place the millet in a basin or bowl, soak it in well water, and leave it exposed to the open air. Change the water every five to seven days until the end of the twelfth lunar month, when it is removed; pound and grind it into a paste, dry it in the sun, then roast it in a wok until it turns charred black to remove the heat toxicity, and grind it into a fine powder. Measure out the required amount and mix with water to form a paste.
