Angelica sinensis (2 liang), Raw Rehmannia (2 liang), Prepared Rehmannia (2 liang), Ophiopogon (core removed) (2 liang), Asparagus root (2 liang), Red Polygonum multiflorum (2 liang), Cistanche (2 liang), White Peony root (2 liang), Star anise (roasted until yellow) (2 liang), Poria cocos (2 liang), Goji berries (2 liang), Chinese yam (2 liang), Polygala (core removed) (2 liang),Dodder Seed (stir-fried with wine, steamed into cakes) 2 liang, Licorice Root 2 liang, White Polygonum Multiflorum 2 liang, Chuanxiong 2 liang, Atractylodes (soaked in wine and rinsed) 4 liang, Sichuan Pepper (pits removed) 4 liang, Cloves 3 qian, Ginseng 1 qian, Sichuan Aconite 1 liang (roasted).

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey, and form into pills the size of a Paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use

Take 30–50 pills per dose, washed down with salted water after a meal; or, even better, with yellow wine. Take three times daily.
