1 jin of black plum, 1 jin of fresh ginger, half a jin of white alum, half a jin of Pinellia (pounded evenly, sandwiched between new earthenware plates, and roasted over a fire for 3 days and nights), 4 liang of Shenqu, 4 liang of barley malt, 4 liang of tangerine peel, 4 liang of green tangerine peel, 4 liang of Curcuma, 4 liang of Cinnamomum cassia bark, 4 liang of Areca nut, and 4 liang of Trichosanthes fruit.
