Formulas Name : Yellow Steamed Decoction

Chinese Name : 黄蒸汤

Drug Formulation

1 sheng of steamed yellow substance, 1 sheng of wheat flour, and 1 sheng of pig feces.

Benefits

For epidemic jaundice with accumulated heat, characterized by yellowing of the face, limbs, and eyes; dry retching; constipation; urine that is reddish-yellow like cypress sap; abdominal pain; and restlessness.

Instructions for Use

Soak the three ingredients in 5 sheng of water overnight; in the morning, strain out the residue and drink 1 sheng. Keep the patient covered to induce sweating.
