7 fen of dried Rehmannia, 6 fen of Cnidium monnieri, 10 fen of Polygala tenuifolia, 7 fen of Poria cocos, 10 fen of Cistanche deserticola, 4 fen of Schisandra chinensis, 5 fen of Ophiopogon japonicus, 10 fen of Eucommia ulmoides, 8 fen of donkey-hide gelatin, 5 fen of Cinnamomum cassia, 7 fen of Aconitum carmichaeli, 8 fen of jujube pulp, and 10 fen of Glycyrrhiza uralensis.

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey, and form into pills the size of a tung tree seed.

Instructions for Use
