1 jin of fish bladder (stir-fried with clam powder until it forms beads and is extremely charred), 4 liang of dodder seeds (thoroughly boiled in wine, then sun-dried), 4 liang of sand thistle (washed and roasted), 4 liang of goji berries (mixed with wine and roasted), 4 liang of Cistanche (thoroughly boiled in wine, then sun-dried),Nuzhenzi (soaked in wine) 4 liang, Rubus fruit (soaked in wine, drained, and roasted) 4 liang, Suoyang (soaked in wine) 4 liang, Anemarrhena rhizome (soaked in wine) 4 liang, Ophiopogon tuber (core removed) 4 liang, Polygala root (soaked in licorice water, pith removed) 4 liang, Angelica root (washed with wine) 4 liang, Achyranthes root (soaked in wine) 4 liang, Taxus seed (oil removed) 4 liang,Jujube seeds (shelled, roasted until black) 4 liang, Morinda root (soaked in wine, pith removed, roasted) 4 liang, Lotus stamen 4 liang, Euryale seed (shelled) 4 liang, Moutan bark (soaked in wine, roasted) 4 liang, Cornus fruit (soaked in wine, steamed, pitted) 4 liang, Poria cocos 4 liang.
