3 liang of Polygala, 3 liang of licorice, 3 liang of Poria, 3 liang of Ophiopogon, 3 liang of ginseng, 3 liang of Angelica, 3 liang of Atractylodes, 3 liang of Alisma, 3 liang of Angelica pubescens, 3 liang of Acorus, 2 liang of Dioscorea, 2 liang of donkey-hide gelatin, 4 liang of dried ginger, 5 liang of dried Rehmannia, and 3 liang of Cinnamomum cassia.

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey, and form into pills the size of soybeans.
