Drug Formulation

30 large dried jujubes (split open), 4 liang of Cinnamomum cassia bark, 100 apricot kernels (peeled, tips removed, split into two halves, and ground), 5 liang of Asarum, 3 liang of Evodia, and 3 liang of Angelica sinensis.

Instructions for Use

Boil 8 sheng of water down to 2 sheng and 6 he, strain out the residue, and divide the warm decoction into 3 doses, taking each dose after a period equivalent to a 10-li walk. You will feel the effects after one dose; 3–4 doses yield optimal results. Take one dose every 3–4 days.

Note

Avoid raw scallions and raw vegetables.
