Drug Formulation

Half a liang of mineral gallstone (ground), half a liang of aloe (ground), 1 qian of borneol (ground), 1 qian of musk (ground), 1 fen of cinnabar (ground), 1 fen of Coptis chinensis powder, and 1 liang of Coptis chinensis powder (prepared by placing the powder inside a wild boar’s gallbladder, boiling it in good vinegar for over 10 boils, removing it, hanging it to dry, and then grinding it into a fine powder).

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder; mix with a paste made from vinegar-boiled wheat flour to form pills the size of mung beans.
