Drug Formulation

3 liang of sesame oil (place 49 seeds of the plant *Cnidium officinale* in the sesame oil, strain through a sieve, and remove the seeds), 8 qian of pine resin (prepared by boiling pine cones with scallions), 5 qian of camphor, the juice of 3 large pig gallbladders, and 1 liang of verdigris.

Instructions for Use

First place the pine resin in a copper ladle and melt it over a fire. Then add the sesame oil, bile, and verdigris, and simmer until well blended. Pound the mixture over 1,000 times. Heat 2 qian of the mixture until it melts, pour it into the other ingredients, and stir with a wooden paddle; the more you stir, the greener the mixture becomes.
