Instructions for Use

Mix the above ingredients together as you would for regular dough, then cut into “sword-shaped” pieces. First, finely chop 4 liang of (deer) meat, season with the Five Flavors, and simmer until tender; strain to remove the meat and retain the broth. Add the “sword-shaped” dough pieces and cook until done. Eat as much as desired.
