Drug Formulation

28 silkworm pupae (whole, stir-fried), 28 sheep testicles (split open, roasted until dry), 28 pig testicles (roasted as above), 1 liang of benzoin, 1 liang of rhino horn shavings, 1 liang of myrrh (ground), 1 liang of ginseng, 1 liang of licorice (roasted, coarsely chopped),He Shou Wu 1 liang, Rhubarb (chopped, stir-fried) 1 liang, Polygala (core removed) 1 liang,1.5 liang of Artemisia argyi, 1.5 liang of Taraxacum officinale, 1.5 liang of Xanthium sibiricum, 1.5 liang of Polygonum aviculare, 1.5 liang of Leonurus japonicus, 1.5 liang of Eupatorium fortunei, 1.5 liang of Lycium barbarum (Clean the seven ingredients listed after Artemisia argyi; cover them with black beans and steam in a steamer until the black beans are soft and cooked. If black beans are not used, sun-dry the herbs instead).

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix with duck pear juice and refined honey, and form into pills the size of cherries.
