Instructions for Use

Refine the pine resin a hundred times, sift it finely, mix with honey, and place in a barrel, ensuring it is not exposed to direct sunlight. Take a dose the size of a game piece (2 cun long by 1 cun square) three times a day; gradually increase the dosage to 1 jin per month. Alternatively, mix with pure wine and white honey until it reaches the consistency of malt syrup, and take 1–2 liang to half a jin daily.
