Drug Formulation

Golden Bell Fruit (each cut into 4 slices; decoct with half a liang of stiff silkworm—with the silk threads and mouth removed—until fragrant and cooked; discard the stiff silkworm) 1 liang, Fennel (lightly roasted) 1 liang,Lily-of-the-Valley flowers 1 liang, Evodia fruit (washed 7 times in boiling water, then stir-fried until fragrant and cooked) 1 liang, Cornus officinalis (soaked in wine, then stir-fried until fragrant and cooked) 1 liang, Cornus officinalis fruit 1 liang, Green tangerine peel 1 liang, Dried tangerine peel 1 liang.

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix with wine paste to form pills the size of a paulownia seed.
