Drug Formulation

Tai pepper (with seeds and closed pods removed, stir-fried until sweating) 1 handful; prepared dried Rehmannia root (washed) 1 handful.

Processing

Coarsely chop the ingredients, place them in a raw silk bag, and steep in wine overnight.

Instructions for Use

Drink only the wine; if the medicinal flavor becomes faint, discard the old mixture and replace it with a fresh one. The two ingredients may also be sun-dried and used separately.
