Drug Formulation

Bupleurum root 2 liang (stem removed), Sichuan lovage root 5 qian, licorice root 5 qian, tangerine peel 5 qian (white pith removed), ginseng 1 liang 5 qian, platycodon root 5 qian, frankincense 1 liang, myrrh 5 qian, millet husks 10 liang (tops removed, sliced into strips, soaked in water, sun-dried, and stir-fried with honey until yellow).

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder.

Instructions for Use

Take 3 qian per dose. Decoct with 3 black plums in 1 large zhan of water until reduced to 7 fen. Remove the black plums. Take the decoction warm, including the residue, before bedtime or on an empty stomach. Take once daily.
