Atractylodes (soaked in rice water) 1 qian, Cyperus (soaked in children’s urine) 1 qian, Ligusticum (Chuanxiong) 1 qian, Angelica dahurica 1 qian, Poria (peeled) 1 qian, Talc 1 qian, Gardenia (roasted until black) 1 qian, Shenqu (roasted) 1 qian, Tangerine peel 5 fen, Dried ginger (roasted until black) 5 fen, Licorice a small amount.
