Prescription: 2500 grams of wheat flour, 750 grams of beef bone marrow oil, 400 grams of dried beef, 75 grams of minced ginger, 250 grams of sesame seeds, 250 grams of walnut kernels, 10 grams each of cloves, star anise, and Chinese prickly ash, 25 grams of monosodium glutamate, 125 grams of refined salt, 250 grams of fried millet grains, 250 grams of sesame paste. *4

Preparation method: Place the flour in a pot and stir-fry over a low flame until it turns slightly yellow. Remove from heat, let it cool, and then sift it into fine powder. Stir-fry the sesame seeds until they turn yellow. Chop the walnut kernels and beef jerky into small pieces. Roast the Sichuan peppercorns, star anise, and cloves in a pot until charred, then grind them into powder for later use.

Heat the beef bone marrow oil in a pot, add the stir-fried flour, sesame seeds, walnut kernels, dried beef, minced ginger, cloves, star anise, ground Sichuan peppercorns, refined salt, and monosodium glutamate. Stir-fry evenly to make the tea powder.

Mix the tea powder with an appropriate amount of water to form a paste. When the clear water in the pot boils, slowly pour the tea powder paste into the pot while stirring continuously. Simmer over low heat until a thick juice is formed. When serving, sprinkle with qi chao (deep-fried dough twists) and drizzle with sesame paste.

Usage: Consume as breakfast, supper, or as an accompaniment to meals.
