Processing

Take one small pear, remove the core, fill it with the powdered ingredients, cover it with the pear’s own cap, secure it with bamboo skewers, wrap it in a flour-based dough, and steam it three times over dry rice. Remove it, discard the dough, mash the pear until pulpy, squeeze the juice into a bowl, and leave it exposed to the air overnight.
