Processing

Crack one end of the egg, remove the egg white, and retain the yolk. Place the medicinal ingredients inside the egg, mix well, and bake slowly over low heat on a clay tile until dry. Grind the mixture, including the shell, into a fine powder; sift through a fine sieve to remove impurities, then mix with sesame oil to form a brown, paste-like ointment.
