Instructions for Use

Boil 1 bowl of fresh well water until reduced to 7 fen; while still hot, mix in 2 qian of fresh Polygonum aviculare pollen and drink immediately. Additionally, take 2 cloves of garlic, roast them until soft, crush them flat, and apply them to the soles of both feet. After a short while, you will sense a garlic odor in your chest, and the bleeding will stop immediately. If bleeding occurs from the lower body, apply roasted garlic to the palms of the hands.
