Clove, Frankincense, Patchouli, Angelica sinensis, Ginseng (root removed), Poria cocos (peeled), Cinnamon bark (peeled), Rhubarb, Atractylodes macrocephala, Dried ginger (roasted), Platycodon grandiflorus, Cistanche deserticola (soaked in wine), Bupleurum (root removed),Areca nut, Coptis (root removed), Saposhnikovia (root removed), Tangerine peel, Plantain seed, Evodia, Soapberry (peel and string removed, vinegar-roasted), Asparagus root, Sichuan Aconite (roasted), Amomum, Nutmeg (roasted), Astragalus, Stephania, Turtle shell (vinegar-roasted),Qianghuo, Ziwan, Sichuan pepper (without seeds), Croton seed (without skin and core, stir-fried), Curcuma zedoaria, Prepared Rehmannia root, Magnolia bark (processed with ginger), Chuanxiong, Cyperus rhizome, Acorus calamus (soaked in wine), a small amount of musk, and Fennel seed—all in equal parts; a small amount of licorice.

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix thoroughly with refined honey, pound more than a thousand times, wrap in oiled paper, and roll into pills the size of a Paulownia seed as needed.

Instructions for Use

Take 5 pills per dose. For chills following sweating in typhoid fever, take with Chenpi Decoction; if symptoms persist, take with Danggui Decoction. For fever following sweating, take with Apricot Kernel Decoction. For conditions with more heat than cold, take with Mugwort Decoction; if symptoms persist, take with Licorice Decoction. For dry retching, take 3 pills without water. If sweating does not occur, take with Ginger Decoction; if sweating still does not occur, take with fine wine.For obstruction of urination or defecation, take with Bamboo Leaf Decoction; if symptoms persist, take with Lampwick Decoction; for headache, take with Chuanxiong Decoction; for abdominal distension, take with Dried Tangerine Peel Decoction; for unrelenting shivering and sweating, take with Wood Fragrance Decoction; for tetanus with opisthotonos, first take with Ginger Decoction, then with Wood Fragrance Decoction; if accompanied by pain, take with Frankincense and Myrrh Decoction;For typhoid-induced chest constriction, first administer with ginger decoction; if symptoms persist, administer with wine; if still persistent, administer with Minor Bupleurum Decoction with Zhi Shi and Ginger; for facial wind sores, take the decoction with ginger soup; for swollen cheeks, apply a mixture of fine vinegar and soot to draw out the swelling, then take the decoction with ginger soup;For regurgitation, first take two doses of ginger decoction, followed by one bowl of congee; boil 7 liang of ginger and 1 he of Sichuan pepper until dry, then squeeze out the ginger juice and take it together with the congee; for tinea versicolor, take the decoction with fennel seeds; for tumors, take with fine wine; for scalds, mix a poultice using chicken egg white and a silver hairpin, apply it to the burn, and take three pills with peppermint decoction;For eye pain, take with Coptis decoction; if the pain persists, take with mint decoction;
