Alisma (harvested on the 7th day of the 7th month), cypress seeds (harvested on the first day of the 8th month), tribulus (harvested on the 7th day of the 7th month), reed (harvested in August), plantain seeds (harvested in August), schisandra berries (harvested in September), and white mugwort (harvested in November)—each in equal parts.

Processing

Dry all ingredients in the shade, store them in earthenware containers, seal them tightly to prevent air from escaping, and in the first month of the lunar year, mix and sift them together. Add three times the amount of high-quality jujubes compared to the herbs, plus one fen of high-quality cinnamon, and place the mixture in a leather pouch to prevent leakage.

Instructions for Use

Take a pinch (about three fingers’ width) and consume it as a decoction after a meal.
