1 liang of Codonopsis, 5 qian of Chinese yam, 5 qian of Poria cocos, 5 qian of coix seed, 3 qian of burdock seed (roasted), 3 qian of forsythia, 3 qian of tangerine peel, 3 qian of Alisma, 3 qian of Poria, 3 qian of plantain seed (wrapped separately), 1 qian of amomum shell, 1 qian of licorice.
