1 liang of ginseng, 1 liang of Chinese yam, 1 liang of lotus seed, 1 liang of Tussilago flower, 1 liang of clam powder, 1 liang of apricot kernels (peeled and de-tipped), 5 liang of lotus root nodes, half a jin of red dates (roasted, pitted), and 1 large radish (boiled).
