5 qian of ginseng, 1 liang of Ophiopogon (with core removed), 1 liang of donkey-hide gelatin beads, 5 qian of Tussilago flower, 5 qian of Perilla, 1 liang of Schisandra, 5 qian of apricot kernels (with skin and tip removed), 5 qian of Baiyao Decoction, 1 liang of Fritillaria, 5 qian of millet husks (with membranes removed), 1 liang of black plum pulp, and 1 liang of Platycodon.
