Drug Formulation

1 liang of Chinese yam, 1 liang of raw dried rehmannia root (roasted), 1 liang of Fangfeng (de-branched and chopped), 1 liang of Poria (wood removed),Cornus fruit (roasted) 1 liang, Cinnamon bark (with coarse bark removed) 1 liang, Aconite root (roasted until cracked, with skin and pith removed) 1 liang, Polygala root (with core removed) 1 liang, Asarum root (with stems and leaves removed) 1 liang, Trifoliate orange fruit (roasted with wheat bran, with pulp removed) 1 liang, Chrysanthemum flowers 1 liang, Licorice root (roasted, coarsely chopped) 3 fen.

Finely chop the above herbs into pieces the size of sesame seeds.

Instructions for Use

Take 3 qian per dose, add 1 zhan of water and 3 slices of fresh ginger, decoct until reduced to 7 fen, strain, and take warm on an empty stomach before meals.
