Tianma (stems removed) 1 liang, Cangzhu (soaked in rice washing water overnight) 1 liang, White Tribulus (roasted to remove spines) 1 liang, Earthworm (cleaned of soil, roasted) 1 liang, Myrrh (ground separately) 1 liang,Trichosanthes Seed (shell removed, stir-fried with wheat bran until yellow) 1 liang, Chuanxiong 1 liang, Qianghuo (root tip removed) 1 liang, White Silkworm (stir-fried, silk mouth removed) 1 liang, Wulingzhi (stir-fried) 1 liang, Fangfeng (root tip removed) 1 liang,Fragrant White Angelica 1 liang, Frankincense (ground separately) half a liang, Sichuan Aconite (roasted, with skin and tip removed) half a liang, Wild Aconite (roasted, with skin and tip removed) half a liang, White Gum Resin (ground separately) half a liang, Whole Scorpions 20 (roasted to remove toxicity), Musk 1 qian (ground separately), Borneol 1 zi (ground separately).

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder; mix with a paste made from flour boiled in wine to form pills the size of a tung tree seed.
